Should the application be approved according to qualifying criteria, a singular arrangement with the consumer in question will be entered into. Should the consumer immediately pay 50% of their outstanding debt as on 31 December 31, 2020, the balance of the outstanding amount will be immediately expunged.

Another option is also available, where a qualifying consumer will have a period of no more that eight months to repay half of their outstanding debt, of which the balance will be expunged.
